Our firm was founded in 1989 as a spin-off from a much larger New York City law firm. We have chosen to remain a small firm, offering expert, specialized services with an emphasis on maintaining close and direct working relationships with our clients. David Rosenberg and Jeff Diamond have now practiced law together for over 30 years.
